How to make Class pack and credits booking?

  • How to make Class pack booking from the Front desk?
  1. From the Dashboard, go to Front desk and then click on Bookings
  2. Click on Add a new Client button (if the client is not added already)
  3. Click on New Booking button and select The Class Pack tab
  4. Fill in all the details and make the booking
  5. Once you complete the booking, the client will be credited with the credits

6. You can check the credits by going to the client profile. Dashboard> Clients> Select Client > Class pack tab

  • How to make Bookings via credit from the Front desk?
  1. From the Dashboard, go to Front desk and then click on Bookings
  2. Click on New Booking button and select The Classes tab
  3. Fill in all the details and make the booking
  4. Once you complete the booking, the client will be deducted with the relevant credits (see below)

  • How to track credits for bookings made from Front Desk?
  1. From the Dashboard, go to Clients
  2. Select the Client, go to their profile.
  3. Click on Class packs tab.
  4. You'll be able to see the deducted credits in the relevant Class Pack.

  • How to track credits for bookings made from Service Store

Once your customers make a booking from the Service Store, you can check if the credits have been deducted or not from their profile.

  1. From the Dashboard, go to Clients
  2. Select the Client, go to their profile.
  3. Click on Class packs tab.
  4. You'll be able to see the credits in the relevant Class Pack.
