Custom Fields

You can use the custom fields feature to get more information from your customers. You can use custom fields in the following manner:

  1. The ‘Custom Fields’ section can be found under the ‘Settings’ tab
  2. You can add default fields that will be required when a user signs up to your business or when you add them from the dashboard
  3. You can also add custom fields for the following flows:
    1. Customer sign-up
    2. Add family member
    3. Before booking step
    4. After booking step
  4. For the before booking and after booking steps:
    1. Select the service for which you want to add the custom field
    2. Select the type of field from the following available fields:
      1. Text
      2. Number
      3. Date
      4. Checkbox
      5. Dropdown
      6. Multiselect dropdown
    3. Give the name for your field
  5. Click on the ‘Save’ button when we are done
